Renovations, garden rooms and new builds
These vary far too much for an online figure to mean anything — a refurbishment can run from a redecoration to a full strip-back, and a new build lives or dies on the groundworks. Priced as a plastered shell. We build to a plastered finish, ready for your own
decoration and floor coverings — most customers prefer to arrange those themselves, and we're happy
to put you in touch with decorators and flooring contractors we rate.
This is an indicative budget range, not a quotation.
It is based on typical recent projects at a standard specification. Every property is different — ground conditions,
structural work, drainage, access and your chosen finishes all move the final figure, sometimes significantly.
No allowance is made here for planning fees, Building Control fees, structural engineer's design, party wall
matters, asbestos, or works to the existing building beyond the immediate connection point.
