Do I need building regulations to remove a wall?
If it’s load-bearing, yes – it needs a structural engineer’s calculations and building control sign-off. We arrange both.
Do I need planning permission for a garage conversion?
Usually not – most come under permitted development – but some estates have conditions that remove those rights. We’ll check for you.
Do you take on smaller jobs?
