A large single storey extension and refurbishment. Including full electrical re-wire, New Gas Boiler and kitchen. Outside work included a new roof line, re-pointing the chimney and timber cladding.

   

 

 

We prepared drawings for building regulations approval and completed this single storey rear extension with vaulted ceiling and roof lights and finished off with a porcelain patio.
